Works | Construction of the 4.7km Belconnen Bikeway as part of the Belconnen Town Centre active travel plan to connect the suburbs to the West, and the education institutions to the East. The bike way will include construction of paths along and across Coulter Drive, then along the old bus way to the Town Centre, along Emu Bank, a connection to the University via College St and completing at Haydon Drive. Work will consist of both concrete and asphaltic paths, traffic management, intersection modifications, and landscaping.
