Scope of works | The scope of works includes but is not limited to the following:
– Obtaining Working with Vulnerable Peoples Card for proposed site personnel
– Demolition and removal of existing concrete paving, kerbs, road pavement concrete entry walls and other redundant civil infrastructure
– Removal of existing trees
– Earthworks and subgrade preparation for cut / fill surfaces
– Stormwater and subsoil drainage installation
– Construction of concrete kerbs and minor concrete works
– Construction of asphalt pavement
– Exposed aggregate concrete footpaths including stairs and ramped sections
– Lighting & associated electrical & communications supply and installation
– Installation of traffic control devises including line marking, signage, and wheel stops
– New boundary fence incorporating stone pillars and retaining wall
– New entry walls
– Obtain building approval (BA) form nominated certifier
– Preparation of tree pits & garden beds, planting of trees, shrubs, and boundary hedging
– Design & construction of irrigation in accordance with Redbox Design Group irrigation scoping plan 1726-700-B and compatible with the existing Hunter irrigation system
– Topsoiling and turf grassing
– Other minor incidental works
