Scope of works | The scope of works includes but is not limited to the following:
– Construction of new masonry (precast concrete panels and formed concrete) building and associated civil works, including:
– Site clearing and preparation and confirm site levels
– Installation of overhead gantry crane
– Electrical light & power
– Installation of Conduit and cabling for provision of Security System
– Cable Tray and cable support installation in 132kV and 11kV sections in basements and Control room
– Stairs and handrails
– Hydraulic services (including extending potable water supply from boundary cutoff valve to control building)
– Drainage
– Installation of new conduit from basement to extend 2 metres past High Security fence as well as HV Conduit trench and lids as per designed.
– Hand railing on top of retaining walls
– Construction of several new concrete footings (Lightning Mast)
– Yard surfacing -Blue Metal
– Walkway – Blue Metal
– Kerbing
– Pavement Final Layer (Dense Graded Asphalt & Primerseal)
– Basement Drainage (150x150Floor grate pit and pipe, including Thick Facing Class Rock Apron)
– Installation of High Security Fence
